An inviting house that exudes luxury, where you and your family can enjoy a wonderful, care-free holiday, enjoying the North Sea-climate.

Arrive, unpack, enjoy.... and you do not want to go home!? Such thoughts already arise when you spend your most precious days of the year with your family and your four-legged friend in this spacious, lovingly furnished, and totally fenced vacation home.  

In the entrance area, a large wardrobe awaits you. A door leads into the renovated bathroom with a toilet, and sink. One door further you will find the shower as well as your own sauna, a special extra for your relaxation. This can be booked separately.

From the hallway, you enter the open kitchen with plenty of storage space and all kitchen utensils equipped to prepare a delicious meal yourself.  In the adjacent living room, you will find a lot of coziness in the relax sofas. Thanks to the large TV with satellite reception, you will also never miss your favorite show. In the bright garden, there is a large dining table and another sofa for cozy moments. 

Through the sliding door you can go out to the covered garden seating area, where you can enjoy your meal even during a summer rain. A juicy roasted piece of meat from the swivel grill, let your soul dangle in the hammock, this is also part of the perfect vacation! The garden is completely fenced, so that your four-legged friends will not find a loophole to escape. 

You will sleep like a log in one of the 3 quietly located bedrooms upstairs: 1 room with double bed 180 x200 cm and 2 rooms each with 2 single box spring beds 80 x 200 cm. The fourth open room with a large closet will surely provide enough space for your clothes. A second toilet with a small hand basin is also always appreciated.

In the house you will find a washing machine and dryer. In the storage room you will find an additional freezer/refrigerator and a handcart.

In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces in a row. 

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
