Located in the front section of the Noordzeepark, the property offers exceptional privacy, peace and a beautiful view over the neighbouring meadow. The 400 m2 plot includes a fully fenced garden and two private parking spaces, along with a practical storage room ideal for your own or rented bicycles.

Inside, you will find a bright living room with a high-quality seating area, a TV with DVD player and a spacious dining table for six. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need, including a combi-microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4-burner gas hob, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Upstairs are three welcoming bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200) and two with two single beds each (80 x 200). For younger travellers, a highchair and travel cotare available.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, wall-hung toilet and design radiator. From the living room, sliding doors lead to the terrace and garden, where you can fully appreciate the green surroundings and tranquil setting of this charming holiday home.

    Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir mochten besonders den großen, privaten Garten. Super war, dass man die Wäsche waschen konnte. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber. Toll war die Nähe zu den zahlreichen Spielplätzen.
