This comfortable bungalow offers you the perfect setting for your most precious days of the year. All rooms have been designed and furnished very harmoniously.

The bright living/dining area invites you to relax with a cozy corner sofa. The showpiece is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. Here it is a pleasure to prepare a delicious meal and then enjoy it together at the modern dining table.

Restful nights are guaranteed by the double box-spring beds 160 x 200 in the two bedrooms. In each of the rooms you also have the comfort of your own floor-level shower and sink. Together, only the toilet with a small hand basin must be used.

The atmosphere of the interior is completely transferred to the garden area. In the shell garden with a lawn corner, you will find comfortable sun loungers. On the slightly elevated southeast terrace, you can enjoy the aperitif in the outdoor rattan lounge, protected from the sun by a cable sunblind, and end the evening with a delicacy from the grill at the garden table. Branding 104 is therefore the perfect place for people who seek peace and relaxation and love the beach and nature.

There is also a washing machine and dryer in the storage room.

You may leave the car only for unloading and loading briefly in front of the bungalow. After that, it must be parked in one of the parking lots in the park for 1.50 €/day or outside the park for free.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The bungalow can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
