Each basement has its own charging station for bicycles, and the underground parking garage is equipped with several charging points for electric cars. A charging session costs €10.00, which can be requested during your reservation.

Penthouse de Parelduiker is a spacious apartment on the second floor and is suitable for six people. The apartment is spread over two floors. There is an elevator available. In the living room, you can enjoy the air conditioning on warm days, while the apartment is heated by central heating in the winter season. The apartment also features a cozy dining area, an open kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Surrounding the apartment is an impressive balcony.
