Arrival & Departure

What are the possible arrival and departure days?

  • Pre- and post-season: flexible arrival and departure days
  • High season: changeover days on Friday, Saturday, or Monday (depending on the type of accommodation)
  • Sundays: departure only, no arrival
  • Holidays: departure only, no arrival

What are your arrival and departure times?

  • Check-in: from 4:00 PM (information will be emailed 1 week before arrival)
  • Check-out: before 10:00 AM (on Sunday until 1:00 PM)
Cancel & Modify

What are your cancellation terms?

  • With us, you can cancel flexibly up to 14 days before arrival.
  • We recommend a travel and cancellation insurance. You can find our terms, including the cancellation policy, here.

Can I modify my reservation after my booking?

Payments & Fees

What is included in the rental price?

  • Energy, bed linen, towel package, kitchen package, bath mat, and final cleaning.
  • Service and coffee package, 2 toilet rolls per toilet.
  • Tourist tax is calculated separately on the invoice.

Can I place an option on an accommodation?

  • Certainly. You can take an option without obligation, which is valid for 3 days.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

  • Only for a few properties do you need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded if no damage occurs.

How does payment via a tour operator like Booking.com work?

  • Credit card details serve as a guarantee for bookings via third parties (Booking.com). You will receive an invoice from us for payment.
Question about my accommodation

Is there Wi-Fi available in my holiday accommodation?

  • Wi-Fi is available in every accommodation, and the password can be found in the guest folder (provided in the property).

Are pets allowed?

  • Depending on the accommodation, pets are or are not allowed.
  • View all the properties where you and your dog(s) are welcome here.

May I receive visitors during my stay?

  • Visitors are always welcome.
  • Overnight stay visitors? Overnight stays must be reported in advance, including the costs for bed linen and tourist tax. The maximum number of guests for an accommodation must never be exceeded.
During and after your stay

How can I report damage during my stay?

I have forgot something. Where can I report this?

  • Report immediately if you are missing something via email at booking@ouddorpconnection.nl or give us a call.
  • Our cleaning service inspects and cleans the property after departure. Found items are taken to storage and will be kept for a maximum of 2 weeks.
